Richmond Golf club was elected to host the semi-finals and finals of the YLCGA Interclub White Rose League on Friday 13th September.

They welcomed teams from Rudding Park, Rawdon, Queensbury and Beverley on a gloriously sunny day. These four clubs came top out of the 48 clubs in the League.

The winners of the morning semi-finals were Rudding Park and Queensbury. The final tee’d off at 2:00 pm and following some tight matches the winners were Queensbury. All players were extremely complimentary about the course.

Anne Rose, Richmond’s Lady Captain said: “We were delighted to host the event and congratulate the winners.”

The presentation was then conducted by Marlene Dixon, YLCGA Captain and she thanked Richmond Golf Club for a great day.
