Continue readingWe had a great start to the festive period with over 90 members and guest attended the quiz on the 30th November, I cannot remember the club house being so busy, what a great night was had by all, I think the bar ran out of gin & wine, well done the ladies behind the bar and in the kitchen who also preformed amazingly, producing 50 meals in 50 minutes, thank you.
Continue readingA wet and windy Friday was the perfect day to welcome Richmond Member of Parliament Mr Rishi Sunak, to Richmond Golf Club to open our newly installed Golf Studio. As Rishi mentioned in his opening remarks, the use of simulation technology to keep practising golf when the outside conditions are awful, is exactly why The Golf Studio is needed.

I am looking forward to being the Club Captain, working with Jo Young our lady Captain, the board and all of you to have another great year.
We are lucky to have Ivan Rookes and Mary Ann Hide as our Vice-Captains and I am sure they will enjoy their new roles in the club. It will be a great privilege and honour to represent the Club and its members in the forthcoming year.
