Keswick members Christina Sowerbutts, Joan Curry and Vera Jackson won the Ladies Tri-Am on Friday 5 April with a score of 71 points.

Countback on the last three holes was needed to separate the winning trio from runners up Joyce Slater, Karen Leake and Patsy Rochester from Oakdale after the also finished with 71 points.

In third place in the best two scores to count competition was Jayne Helliwell, Linda Randerson and Mary Pat Moore from Bingley St Ives with 68 points.

The competition was only available for visitors.
