Chris Lightfoot and Ruth Lightfoot won the Families Trophy with an excellent score of 41, just beating Steve & Mark Turner on countback.

Chris & Ruth continued their winning streak following their success in the Spring Open but only beat Mark & Stephen on countback who couldn’t match their remarkable score of 27 points on the front nine.

Alastair & John Paterson were 3rd with 40 points. It was great to see a few new faces taking part on a beautiful summer’s evening.

There are mixed competition all summer and the next one is on Friday 25th June. All of the sign up sheets are in the noticeboard opposite the bar. Everyone welcome.
