Not particularly long and bunker-free, but still a potential card wrecker.

The tee shot is through a narrow fairway with a quarry on the left and a dense wood on the right and is especially daunting when the wind is in your face or across.

And there are some links-like undulations in the centre of the fairway, which make it pretty difficult to judge where your tee-shot will end up even if it’s nice and straight.

Holding your nerve and getting one down the middle is key here, but there’s still another tricky green to negotiate with out of bounds not too far away from the right edge.

The ladies play from 85 yards forward here, allowing a less stressful tee-shot.
